Oliver Clegg. Well I have been telling you about this guy for about the last 4 years! I bought this piece from the Royal Academy about 10 years ago because it simply screamed at me. This guy is brilliant no matter what your definition in artistic terms. Why? Because no matter whether you like it or not – every piece he creates engenders a human response in each of us.
